Design in Details
This kitchen project for Mr and Mrs Smith in Rotherham was designed to create a practical family kitchen with a timeless shaker aesthetic and a warm, welcoming feel. The design centres around Pendle Deep Lichen, a beautifully crafted 22mm five-piece timber painted shaker door that brings depth, character and a subtle heritage feel to the space. The rich green tone works particularly well with the natural light from the window, creating a kitchen that feels both elegant and comfortable.
The 30mm Nile Shimmer quartz worktops provide a durable and low-maintenance surface while introducing a bright contrast against the cabinetry. Matching quartz upstands create a seamless finish throughout the room. NEFF appliances were selected for their reliability, performance and sleek integrated appearance, helping maintain clean lines across the kitchen. Underfoot, Moduleo Classic Oak flooring adds warmth and texture, complementing both the painted timber doors and the quartz surfaces.
