Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll talk through your ideas, how you use your kitchen day to day, your preferred style, and any practical requirements you may have. This is also a chance to understand your budget and timescales, along with the style you’re drawn to, your appliance and storage needs, and any layout improvements you’d like to make, as well as options for worktops and flooring. Whether you already have a clear vision or need some guidance on where to begin, we’ll help shape a kitchen design that works for both your home and your lifestyle.

Once we’ve discussed the project, we’ll arrange a home survey to take accurate measurements and properly assess the space. During this visit, we’ll consider existing plumbing and electrics, structural elements, lighting opportunities, workflow and overall functionality, as well as the most practical placement for appliances. From there, we’ll create a tailored kitchen design that balances appearance with everyday practicality.

After finalising the design, we’ll provide a detailed quotation outlining the full scope of works. At this stage, you’ll also be able to explore and choose from a wide range of kitchen door styles, quartz and laminate worktops, flooring options, handles and finishes, as well as appliances and accessories. We only work with trusted suppliers, ensuring every kitchen is built using quality materials designed to stand the test of time.

Before installation begins, we’ll organise a clear schedule and prepare the space properly. This includes removing your existing kitchen, carrying out any first-fix electrics and plumbing, completing plastering where required, preparing the flooring, and ensuring waste is removed while the site is fully protected. We aim to keep disruption to a minimum while making sure everything is fully prepared for a smooth installation.

Once the preparation work is complete, your new kitchen installation begins. Everything is carefully fitted by experienced installers, with close attention paid to alignment, finishing details, and overall quality. This stage includes fitting cabinets, templating and installing worktops, installing appliances, completing lighting and electrical work, fitting sinks and taps, and finishing flooring and final details. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated so you always know exactly how the project is progressing.

Before completion, we carry out a full inspection to ensure everything meets a high standard. We check that doors and drawers are correctly aligned, appliances are working as they should, worktops and finishes are clean and complete, and all lighting and electrics are fully operational. Once everything has been signed off, your new kitchen is ready for you to enjoy.
