This kitchen project was designed to create a clean, contemporary living space that combines minimalist styling with practical everyday use. The design features Daval Dove Grey True Handleless cabinetry, offering a smooth, uninterrupted finish that gives the room a bright and spacious feel. To add definition, contrasting anthracite handle rails have been incorporated throughout the kitchen, creating a subtle frame around each run of cabinetry and tying in with the darker worktops and appliances. The combination of soft dove grey and anthracite introduces contrast without overpowering the space, resulting in a modern design that feels balanced and timeless.

A large central island forms the heart of the kitchen, providing generous preparation space while also acting as a natural gathering point for family life and entertaining. Rather than using a traditional ceiling extractor, the island features a 60cm downdraft hob, allowing cooking vapours to be extracted directly at the source. This removes the need for an overhead hood, keeping sightlines open across the room and preserving the clean, uncluttered feel of the space. The Dekton Trillium worktops further enhance the design with their distinctive industrial-inspired texture, offering exceptional durability alongside a striking contrast to the lighter cabinetry. Bosch appliances have been fully integrated into the tall housing, ensuring the overall aesthetic remains sleek and cohesive.
